Five Guys

I only went for the fries! Potatoes are hand cut in the store and they give you plenty! Also they are fried in peanut oil so they are vegan friendly (nothing else in the store is fried. 4 stars for that. Some people might like their fries a little crisper (especially by time you get home.bI just put mine in the air fryer for a few minutes. Good tasting fries.

I've been going to Five Guys for seven years and always had a flawless experience; Service and food quality. This time, not quite sure what was happened. Yesterday, July 3rd, at 12pm, I immediately regretted giving a 20% tip after placing my order, as my wife and I sat down and tried to have a conversation being muffled by employees purposely screaming loud and making jokes about other customers. When the jesters would finally be done, the employee responsible for cleaning tables would go around and purposely drag the metal chairs as they screech on the tile floor, while everyone was getting uncomfortable and could not talk amongst that chaos, while the other employees were laughing. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at Five Guys, and for that reason, do not recommend this branch at noon time during on Sundays.

Overall the place is really clean and provides a good burger. My only complaint is on price! I could do a sit down dinner for the same cost if not less money. I will continue to come here now and again but I would return more often if the prices were adjusted. As a store the Hanover store does an exceptional job and I know they do not control prices that is why I gave them 5 stars instead of 4 for the pricing.

I placed a doordash order on my lunch break at work, I then called the restaurant and asked for them to put ketchup in my bag( the woman I spoke to was very nice and said she would make sure it was in the bag, it was even written on the order ticket on the bag), then the dasher arrives and guess what?? THERE WAS NO KETCHUP IN THE BAG!! it's like really.. I literally called you people and asked for one simple thing, PUT KETCHUP IN THE BAG and they couldnt even do that, so I will not be returning to this location, NOT COOL GUYS NOT COOL..

If you're out and about and the craving hits for freshly made french fries then 5 Guys is the place to go in the Hanover, Ma. area. The well salted fries are top notch. Always fat and crispy, never thin and wimpy like some other places fries. The super helpful staff always delivers with a smile. Plus they always add a little extra to your order. You can't go wrong with 5Guys. The burgers are great too. But that's another story for another day. Today we're talking fries. One visit and you'll be coming back for more.
