They make their customers stand outside in the weather because they are short staffed. Now the employees have to run back and forth to the door (doors are locked) and deliver food. This seems way less efficient. It's also very poor customer service. While I was here they had 6 customers waiting outside all angry. No one comes to the door when you knock. The employee just randomly comes to the door every 5-10 min. They also lost quite a few customers because the didn't want to order online so they walked Away.

WORST Chipotle I’ve ever experience!! Literally bout 5 or 6 ounces of sour cream nearly taking up the entire length of the bowl. Also, the chips were sooooo damn greasy and salty I ended up throwing them away. Stay away from this place at ALL COSTS!! 👎🏼👎🏼

This location is always pretty busy but as of recently the mobile order service is terrible. They keep the orders behind the counter, inaccessible to customers, I’m assuming to prevent theft and people picking up the wrong order, which is understandable. But when I came to pick up your order none of the staff asked me what the name on my order was. They instead walked past me and stood in the kitchen texting on their phones with their gloves on. When I finally got the attention of one of them she seemed very inconvenienced by me asking her if she could check for my order. The order she ended up giving me was the wrong one so I had to take it back to get the right one. Then I got home to eat my food, I found an entire old avocado inside my guacamole. Needless to say even though this is the closest chipotle to my house I will not be returning.

😠The chorizo was cold, burnt and extremely salty. 😖The guacamole was salty and starting to brown. And the workers getting your food had a ☠️dead personality. No smiles, no hello. They made you feel as though they had something else better to do than serve you. And the food holders surface behind the glass was filthy. I assume that's why so dark in here. To hide the dirty tables and floor. This location is not what it used to be. 🙄I'll found another. And no I'm not an angry customer this is exactly what I experienced. 😒👎👎

This is just about the worst Chipotle I've been to and I've been to many. I always order online since I pass through on the way to evening classes, and more times than not (as a lot of others already said), something is either wrong with the order, or it's missing. This last time was it for me and I will not be returning. I ordered online and everything went through, but when I arrived at the establishment they were closed due to staffing issues. This would have been fine if there would have been a notification that ordering was unavailable so that I could have eaten somewhere else, but I left there with no food and they charged me for it. Luckily, I was able to get my money back, but I can't get back the time that I wasted that evening which was limited. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

My ex has been telling me to check this place out. I'm glad I finally listened. I got the build a burrito bowl and it was awesome. Steak, fajita veggies, romaine, black beans, tomato salsa, corn salsa, and cheese. I was kicking myself for not getting more.😂 My companions got a burrito and 3 tacos, and said they loved them. I think I'll be back... soon 😋

What is the point of an online order placed ahead of time if when you arrive they haven’t started making it. Lady took my name and said someone was working on making my order so I stood and waited and watched while 15-20 people came in stood in line placed order and left still no sign of my order. After speaking to the manager discovered that they “lost my ticket”. So I would have been there indefinitely had I not asked for a manager. The girl did not no how to do her job, you all need to do better training and come up with a better system (or separate Madeline) for online orders.

I was passing through the area and decided to stop for dinner. I walked into your establishment tonight around 6:20pm. Never been to this stores location, I notice there's a line in front of the register with a few people. As I'm standing there I notice the line wasn't moving. At this time there's at least six employees having a rather loud conversation. I politely said excuse me, do I order from here or over there and was blatantly ignored. So I repeated my statement a little louder so they could hear me. I obviously annoyed your staff because they all turned and looked at me as if I wasn't walking into your place of business for a service. They were so engaged within them selves and had no care for your customers. I walked out, I didn't even feel welcomed there nor did I want to give my money to any establishment ran like that.
