McDonald’s To all those who venture towards the land known as south Hanover with a hankering for hamburger. This specific palace of patties is truly one of a kind. After coming off a cold, tank running a bit low, I began to crave a burger from what is not my usual spot for food. What started as a mere craving turned into one of the single greatest fast food experiences at McDonald’s I could’ve ever asked for. I placed my mobile app order and entered the drive through line. When I reached the speaker my order was confirmed and then | I was asked if I would “like to change anything.” | this was huge because during my order placement I forgot to take of some ingredients that don’t sit well with my pallet. Would’ve really ruined the night for the young man. After making the necessary changes, courtesy of the young lady behind the speaker, I picked up my order from a thorough yet not overbearing young man who made sure I had everything I needed. I ordered a quarter pounder meal but as I drove away I was looking for my chicken sandwich because I could’ve sworn I just left a Chick-fil-A drive through. Great stuff south Hanover McDonald’s. Pure Class.

Drive through was horrible. Girl taking the order kept cutting us off while we were trying to order and wouldn't let us talk telling us what we wanted and then didn't even get the order right. Manager was rude and basically threw my food at me. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Food was also cold and the fries were not filled. Ordered 2 large fries with our meals and they weren't even half filled.

I hate ever having to go to this location!!!! Nobody is responsible enough to let you know if a lane is closed in the ordering drive thru so people sit and wait without getting to order. I sat in line for 20 mins waiting to pick up a mobile order only for nobody to answer. Mobile order is supposed to save time right??!!! Then after trying to get someone's attention by knocking on the glass of the window in the drive thru to have the employees just look at me. So now we are out of time and can't even get my good that I ordered for my family. This place is useless they employees obviously are horrible I highly recommend never going to this location!!!! If I could give negative star's they would be getting 5

Waited over 20 minutes for an app order and when it came out, was missing half the meal. 5/8 update: well, we tried again to grab some bagels for Mothers day breakfast. What a mistake. It took 40 minutes to get an order we did through the app. I even got a message that it was delivered but noone ever came to our car, i went in and waited inside for 20 minutes. Yes, they were busy and yes, likely short staffed, but they just didn't have it together. Multiple people,inside had been waiting 30 minutes plus and others than came in and ordered after us were getring their food first.
