This location is exceptional. I’ve never gotten a bad pizza in 4 years of monthly ordering. Always hot and fresh and the toppings are plentiful. Great, friendly staff makes this an easy choice for a delicious no hassle dinner.

We order carryout here quite often and never had any issues always good experience. Always very quick order prep and easy process. The team seems to be organized and does well.

I've lived in my home for 16 years. This location is the closest pizza place where I've always ordered, but service has deteriorated tremendously over the past few years. I've avoided ordering from here for a while because my order is always incorrect. Today I took a stupid chance. Error!
The last time I ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza (without) mushrooms,it had mushrooms. I picked them all off, ate a few pieces, and ended up vomiting. Today i tried ordering the same pizza with NO mushrooms. Of course after paying the delivery fee, 25% tip, tax and a total of almost $30, it indeed had mushrooms. Didn't feel like vomiting again, so I got in my car and took the pizza back to the store.
When I arrived at the store and told them the pizza wasn't supposed to have mushrooms, it was taken out of my hands and put on a rack. Not one word was said to me, no apology for the error, nothing. I was left sitting on a bench, unsure if they were even making me another pizza or what was happening. Until I said " Hey, just give me my money back!" Can't believe I paid a tip and everything for absolutely no gratitude, apology for the inconvenience, or even so much as letting me know they would remake the pizza.
How much worse could it get, unless they spit in the food too.

The customer service here is above and beyond what I would expect at a chain pizza place, and they literally saved me from my own mistake. I made a mistake ordering because the app changed and I didn't notice (I was definitely on autopilot and I ordering with muscle memory). I ordered light sauce instead of no sauce, and my hangry toddler cannot eat sauce, which caused a nuclear meltdown level tantrum. I called and they offered to send me a replacement with no sauce, which saved me from an indescribable amount of suffering. I hope they know how cool that was and how much I appreciate it.

Super Bowl Sunday. Crazy busy. All hands on deck producing for the crowds at home.
Staff was polite and handling the pressure well while I waited for my pizza.
They do not have any room for pick-up customers.

Absolutely no consistency. I place the same order every time. Every time I get different quality. Hit or miss. Delivery drivers can't seem to follow directions or read a map. Good luck.

My food always sits in hot hold for 20 mins before leaving the store. It takes forever to get delivery. Half the time it barely warm when i get it. I try to get pizza delivered from baltimore st but they don't delivery to me. This will be the last time i order from this establishment.

Second order in 3 weeks that has the cheese totally slid off of the pizza. Second pizza had the lid caved in and the cheese on that pizza stuck to the lid. Forgot the Garlic dipping sauce. Frustrating as this is not the first time and getting it corrected is not worth the struggle. I know everywhere is short staffed and stressed but everyone wants to get what they paid for.
