Taco Bell

Had to repeat my entire order and they still messed it up when I got to the window. Then I got crunchy tacos that were totally soggy and broke apart so it was more like a taco salad then a taco. So I wrote to corporate and they sent me a coupon to get something free when I buy something. Twice I’ve gotten crunchy tacos and twice they were soggy and broken so why would I pay more money. Trash and the coupon to buy something makes it even worse really.

I order veggie chalupa and burrito. First I got the nacho chips instead fiesta potatoes so I drove back and get it. Then I reached home and got to know that there is beef in my order. So I called them and they first hung up on me and then lied that we were disconnected. Called again and the lady on call give me really rude answer. This is the second time happening with me. I don’t recommend this place.

I’m almost laughing at how bad this Taco Bell is. They should call it Stupid Taco. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman who proceeded to walk away. 🤣 Then I see a dude mopping and he ignores me too. I waited five minutes and walked out. It’s basically a bunch of incompetent workers in here that aren’t even aware of what an ounce of customer service is. I thought I was being pranked. Don’t go here. 🤣 They might take your order after they close!

I admit in the past there have been issues but I ate here yesterday and my order was done in 3 minutes hot and fresh. I used the self serve order kiosk and everything was done right and fast. It's not easy to find good people to do this kind of work but It looks like they have a good team now. If you come here I urge you to clean up after yourself.

Used to be good a long time ago but has serious consistency issues with ordering & hours. Their app/website never reflect their real hours because this location just closes whenever it feels like. Super annoying. The Roselle road Taco Bell is fast, accurate and professional. —-update— They accepted my app order and when I went to the store it was closed. They refused to refund me and Taco Bell corporate has also not responded about my refund.

It's absolutely unbelievable how bad this Taco Bell is. Don't ever come here during the late night hours. This happened on Saturday June 18th, around 12:30am. I ordered something on the mobile app and waited a very long time in the drive through to just get to the window. It was probably almost a 40 minute wait overall. Makes me wonder if they only have 1 person there at night. When I got to the window, I told them my name and they said they don't have an order with that name. I told them I have an email confirmation and already paid and they continued to say "we don't have it". I finally got to the window, showed them the email and a girl there told me the same thing. "We don't have the order, it's not on our screens" I asked if they turned off the online ordering but they said no. I just left because I was already extremely frustrated with the wait and didn't want to make it worse. So after that long wait, I never got my food that I paid for and wasted so much time sitting in my car, wasting gas. This place deserves to be shut down. It's been like this for years. It's embarrassing, really. Going to call corporate in the morning about this. Edit: I actually went to a different Taco Bell about 10 minutes from me in Roselle and it was day and night. They had my mobile order, were very fast and it was even cheaper for the same products for some reason. It's honestly baffling how significantly better it is. This horrible place can learn a lot from the Roselle Taco Bell.

Terrible and rude service! We where told to use the kiosks which we did we placed the order waited 40 minutes and asked nicely 5 times about our order we where told there are people before us then after all that time they said the order never transferred from the kiosk! Do not go in and order and definitely don’t go in the super long drive through! Plus all of the prices have went way up for let’s face it low quality fast food. Just make tacos at home and save the hassle!!!

Poor service and staff can’t comprehend simple instructions such as substituting between proteins. This Taco Bell has by far the worst management. I’ve been coming here for nearly 12 years since it’s the closest one and I have to double check my food every time since the employees can’t read. They’ve changed management several times however it’s always the same mistakes they make. I don’t get how hard it is to read simple instructions and cook. ITS FAST FOOD!!!
