Starbucks

Have been going to this place since it's opened. Staff are very friendly. But lately they have been not been open some days for what ever reason. One day the sign said no ac. Today the sign said drive through only. Not good for walking customers. Not sure if it's a staffing shortage. But I'm considering to go somewhere else for my coffee now. I rated 3 stars for those reasons. Before it would of been a 5.

Everytime I come here either they put no cream when I've asked for it and it's ALWAYS filled to the point it spills when you take off the lid to check. NO MORE business at any of your locations ever again. Your staff here need to be trained properly. Not expecting any response... I can see by the effort put on to make a cup of coffee properly speaks volumes at the work ethic at this location. If a -5 was available... I would have given that as a rating

Probably wont be coming back to this location, the lady at the drive trhough sounded really sleepy as if she didnt want to be at work. While i waited for my drink, she started grabbing her neck and hair but the worst part was when she slipped her hand under her jeans behind her as she proceeded to grab my drink with those same unwashed hands!!!. If this is what she does in front of customers imagine what she does when no one is looking. You work in the food and service industry !! Please be more clean and mindful🤮

I came in asking for a vanilla iced latte , took one sip and legit tasted like a cup of milk .asked to get another one which then the drive thru girl looked at me like I was crazy . Further , supposedly they made me a “new” one but yet used the same cup , same sticker ? I think they just added another shot and called it a day. I decided to call and speak to the manager . Mind you I had already called corporate on them once for rude service before Once I spoke to Mary it was downhill from there she sounds like she hates her job with her monotone voice and basically dismisses me . I asked to speak to her boss and she said “ he’s going to tell you the same thing or you can call corporate “ Corporate agent was very helpful once I explained to her the situation and she was able to pull up my complaint from a couple months ago . Which is exactly what I did . DO NOT GO HERE THE ONE ON SUTTON IN STREAMWOOD IS WAYYYY BETTER AND BETTER TRAINED STAFF .
