Burger King

I asked for a receipt and was informed that it has been broken for the past month and I told the guy at the window that i only ask because the previous 5 visits i have asked for bacon and DO NOT receive any. He informed me "this doesnt happen on my shift." Feeling assured I go home and open my BACON cheesburger and have NO BACON! at this point I believe our burger king is incompetent or intentionally doing this to save money. 6 visits of paying for bacon, which is expensive, adds up fast!

The original chicken is the best tasting sandwich I've ever had....when I'm lucky enough to get it while its hot and not from sitting in the warmers. When I lived in NY state I could never get a hot chicken sandwich. Color me surprised that three out of the last three visits to the Hannibal Missouri Burger King I received a hot sandwich EACH and EVERY time! Parking lot looked clean and the staff were friendly and worked very efficiently together to get my food to me. The app that I got (of course AFTER I ordered because why not?) was an amazing way to keep me coming back for all those discounts. The last visit I used the app to order online and it was so fast and easy!

Was wondering why the parking lot was empty…and there was no waiting in the drive through I ordered a #7 (cha’king meal). When I took the first bite, sandwich was cold, bun was rock hard. I took the sandwich back into the counter and asked for a fresh sandwich. When I was handed the replacement sandwich I opened it and it to was called she said well if that’s not good enough you’ll have to wait because we don’t have any more it will take six minutes. The restaurant was in a state of mess the french fry area was covered in salt with french fries all over the sandwich making area had lettuce tomato etc. bun crumbs all over the place and nobody was cleaning. They were standing around chatting. I told them I want my sandwich refunded which they did. I went down to McDonald’s and got a quarter pounder with cheese and McDonald’s was busy!

Wife of Carl..I eat here at least 1-2 times a month..All I can say please don't change,love Whoopers my downfall,the best ever,I love the taste everything about them,so please don't change to the Whooper with the grilled onions Whooper on Texas toast.NO..NO..NO..NO!!!Thank you your Whooper fan..😋👍😚🍔🍔🍔

Good food but inadequate cleaning regime. The floor was sticky as soon as I entered the building. Fries were on the floor in front of the ordering counter and were getting stepped on. Same in the kitchen. The restrooms were atrocities. One stall was out of order in the women's restroom and was dirty enough that my daughter decided to boycott restrooms for the rest of the trip. Both restrooms stank. The urinal in the men's room had such a nasty build up in it that I just had to take a picture. This is what convinced me the cleaning regime has been inadequate for a long time in this restaurant. Given the general dirtiness everywhere, there was no way I'd let my kids play in the play structure during flu season. I might hazard going through the drivethrough... if the McDonalds down the road imploded...
