Kfc

I went to KFC for lunch. I have to say that they were excellent. The french fries are awesome! The service is great. I had to wait just a little for fresh fries, but it is better than getting rubbery old fries like I have at other places. The cashier gave me one of their chocolate chip cookies for the wait, even though it was less than 2 minutes.

Decided not to cook tonight!! Clerk was very cold and never looked at me!! KFC's chicken quality is not what it used to be. I still like the taste of their chicken.....but the legs in my order where as big as a pigion! Miss the old quality!! Then bad service....hard to spend my money on fast food with experience like this!!!

About 5:26pm on 1/31/21, I tried to order, but the lady literally said she was too busy to take my order. This wasn't the first time workers here had been rude to my family. We have eaten at this location about 20 times per year. I will take my business somewhere that values their customers. This particular lady insisted that I order online. I have done that, but they can't seem to figure out how to find the orders. It is very frustrating, to place an order online, pay for it, then the order isn't ready, the employees stand around looking clueless, and I have to go through a big hassle, due to the incompetence of the employees.
