The Food was not good. My roll kept falling apart and wasn’t even served straight. They just put them all in a pile. Took about 40 minutes to get our food. Way too long for a basic sushi roll. We came around 8:15pm. The server on the other hand was excellent and very attentive. We tipped him well but not because the food was good. We tipped him because his service was great!

I tried one of their rice bowls and replaced the white rice with fried rice. Not only did we wait almost an hour for our food, but they literally took white rice and poured soy sauce on top. That's it, no onions, garlic, egg, veggies or garnish just straight up white rice with soysauce on top like I literally could've just gotten the white rice and poured the soy sauce myself. We still got charged extra for it too. Won't be coming back to this place.

I came in for lunch when they opened. I was told to seat myself. The day shift of April 10th of 2022 we're horrible. I waited ten minutes after they told me to seat myself to put an order in for a drink before my meal. I had to wait another forty minutes to put and order In that being twenty minutes of my lunch left. It was absolutely ridiculous. The staff were all hanging out talking in eye view. Which is so unprofessional.on top of one of my staff members went to their restroom and saw how gross and unclean the restroom was and how it spelt and the trash wasn't taken out. As a nurse I came to enjoy my time and have good service like normal this took my by complete surprise. How staff acted and on top of it they didn't I'd for liquor or beer services. They need a better day staff or to be able to show they that this isn't okay. We won't be coming here again for a very long time. Sincerely your local trauma nurses .

We've been here twice, 1st time we got sushi: shotgun roll, red dragon, scorpion roll. They were all AMAZING! Highly recommend trying their sushi, the rolls are huge and taste so fresh. We also got steamed gyoza, fried green tea ice cream and the matcha stout beer (forget the brand but it's made in Sacramento). Those were also really good but would recommend doing the fried gyoza for future visits. 2nd time we did the Yakinuki sampler and veggie platter, that was super good (cook the chicken first, it takes forever). It's great for two people and we got the matcha stout beer again and tried the green tea and mango mochi ice cream. The whole meal was really filling and tasty. Overall, we highly recommend trying this place out for yourself! Given the price and portions, I would not recommend paying for individual green salads, but the miso soup is well done so that might be worth it to some people.
