Review Waterfront Restaurant And Upper Deck Lounge - Hancock

Restaurant is located in the Ramada Inn in Hancock. Great views of the Portage Lake Bridge from the dining room and outside seating. Very casual and cozy. Ordered the lake trout dinner and they're substitution friendly. Meal was reasonably priced but the trout was lacking something in seasonings. Service was great! I would eat here again.

Service was good, and was the food. Recommend the potato skins and The waterfront roast beef sandwich.

Great food, reasonable prices, Huge portions (my wife and I order one entree and an extra salad... and still take home leftovers)! Great waitstaff & bartenders. Large dining room plus seating for another 50 in the attached Bar Room.

The food was outstanding. The girlfriend commented on how tender and flavorful the ribeye steak was. The lake trout was done to perfection moist and very tasty. The service and the backdrop was wonderful. Will come back everytime in the area.

I always get excellent service and delicious food here. The portions are generous and flavorful. I'd recommend it for a nice evening out.

The salads are huge. Food is always pretty good. Great place to eat on your birthday and the view of the lift bridge is wonderful!

Always the most amazing restaurant in the Copper country if you’re coming in for coffee and dessert or a full meal if there’s two of you or you have the whole gang it’s always the best always treated wonderful everything is always to perfection they truly do not overlook anything except the waterfront

Has very good food and an expansive menu. I had their signature sandwich which of course is called the Waterfront. You will not leave hungry.

Good food and service, but can be bit loud when young kids are present so I would not recommend for a romantic dinner.

We have never had a bad experience in all the times/years we have gone to the Waterfront. However, this year, we were really disappointed when it came time for my nephews birthday. All he talked about was how he couldn't wait to eat prime rib! When he ordered, he was not aloud to order the prime rib dinner off the main menu, only the kids menu, for his free meal We have been dining (with large groups) for the free birthday offer for years, and have never had the kids have never had to order off the childrens menu. He did end up getting his prime rib, of course his parents paid for it, but they were not even offered a discount seeing how he didn't order a "Free" childrens meal. I think they could of least took off something for his meal. He did not get anything free for his birthday, except his dessert. My advice is when you change something, you need to advertise it because it is going to upset a whole bunch of ppl. We had a group of 12+ that day, and were all disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

Ate here 2 nights in a row with my wife different meals for both of us both nights absolutely delicious can't go wrong. Bartenders and servers were great. Highly recommend the only place I'll be staying at when ever we come to visit again.

We had prime rib on Christmas day and it was great! The staff was on point, would definitely go again :)

I had the BEST grilled salmon that I've ever, EVER had in my life! I had it with the raspberry sauce and it was amazing! The blended margarita was delicious, too.
