Whisky In A Jar

A little hole in the wall with a lot of charm. The patio outback is like hanging out with some old friends in a not so beautifully landscaped backyard. The staff is friendly and the beer and drinks are very reasonably priced and they serve a old favorite... Hamms beer in a can, of course. The on street parking is a little tight.

So, so yourself a favor and go to the Whiskey on Friday nights. The, ye shall experience the August and Mikey show. Bestest barkeeps this side of Jos Campau. Drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is outstanding. The locals and regulars are finely and the patio out back is awesome in the summer. It's a dive bar in the best of ways.

The most fun I've had at a bar just BS'ing with the regulars and bartender. Everyone seems cool, the place is adorably run down, and the refrigeration unit still works, so boom. Bar. I think the last time I was there, there was a video of non-fatal catastrophes playing on the bar TV. It made for some of the most entertaining bar conversations I've ever had with fellow patrons. One of those conversations had me learning about why you should not try downhill skiing as a hobby if you are not reasonably fit. After hearing that story, I concur. I'll give you a hint: 300lb man + "the splits" = hospital.
