Little Caesars

Pizza looks horrible, no ground beef so they just threw anything on one pizza. When the cashier and I asked about it the guy that made the pizza had an attitude then had the nerve to mumble they didn't have any beef. It definitely wasn't the cashier's fault because they should have told her when they saw the order come through and not take that attitude with her in front of the customers. Needless to say 15 minute wait and this is what I paid almost $30 for. Give me a break! Pizza not even shaped right. Looks like they need to rethink some of their employees.

I had to come back and change my review from a 3 to a 5. This place is under new management and it shows. Remember how the concept of Little Caesar's is to run in, grab your pizza, and head out? Yep, the new management is on it. I walked in there and the atmosphere is completely different. Where the staff was always very incoherent and folks had to wait over 15 minutes, they now have a fully functioning team it seems. It looked so different in there that I asked if there was a change in management and wouldn't you know, I was actually speaking to the new manager. So if you got turned off before like I did by the lack of service and professionalism, give them another chance; it's like a completely new place.

It’s always a problem at this location. This time I place my order online hoping to beat the 2 wait time from ordering in store. Placed my order online at 5:30. Said it would be ready 6:15. I said 6:30 because I know they are slow. So got the email saying my order is ready at 6:40. I got to the store at 7 thinking my order is good and ready and waiting. No it wasn’t. I got there the pizza wasn’t where I was told to pick it up from and when I spoke with someone they said they were still waiting on one of my pizzas. IF YOU'RE STILL WAITING THEN HOW I GET AN EMAIL SAYING MY ORDER IS READY? I wouldn’t dare ask for a refund, that would be another 45 min wait. This location needs to be shut down new management or something. This is crazy. And If the children you all are hiring can’t do the job then hire ADULTS. Wish I could give negative stars.

Ordered the Quattro Pizza and it was very good for the money. My only complaint is that you could not customize it to your liking. However it was still a good combination. The only one that did not work was the tomato, pepperoni and sausage, I think the tomato should be replaced with mushrooms. Other than that I think this is a very good pizza. I would definitely recommend.
