MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE. I’ve only ever ordered from the LaSalle location twice. The first time, I was babysitting and placed a delivery order for two pepperoni pizzas. An hour later, with no update on the app, I call the store and they tell me that it’s going to be at least two more hours until delivery and that they can’t refund/cancel my order. Kids were fed, bathed and in bed before the order arrived. Oh, and the SUPREME pizzas I didn’t order were already cold. 6 months later I decided to give the place a 2nd chance and the same thing happened again. 45 minutes with no update on the app, so I called and they tell me it’s going to be at least another hour. No compensation, no apology. Highly disappointed.

Most visits have been good did get a bad order the last time I ordered pizza was cold and sauce did not taste right and tried to call the store and could not get an answer. But more times good then bad keep up the good work.

I'd like to give a zero. If you are so backed up that an already paid customer has to wait 2 to 3 hours for their pizza, you should warn them prior to taking their money. I am hungry as heck, having to go out in the rain at 10pm to get food. You don't leave people hungry. That is a no no. And my refund will probably take 10 business days. This is bad.

"Emily began prepping my order at 7:16" with 45 minutes until my order would be delivered. I checked at 8pm and it said they were still prepping. I called at 8:20 got put on hold, and hung up on before they answered. Called again at 8:55, put on hold again, got someone this time who told me my order would be another 45 minutes to an hour.
Worst experience I've ever had from a pizza place.

Update, finally got someone to abswer the phone. He was extremely rude, basically it gets here when it gets here. Was informed it would be a 2hr wait after heing toold 38-48 mins when i placed the order over a hr ago. Again hing up when asked to cancel order. Emily began preparing my order and 942, at 1028 its still being prepped...you try to call and get hung up on...never again.

They are super understaffed usually but they do a great job with what they are given. If my delivery order is going to take awhile they usually call and let me know and give me the option to pickup.

2+ hours after ordering online, still nothing after calling and being told, they are working on it. Now on hold trying to cancel my order. If there is a problem, managers need to contact customers and give an option to cancel or continue to wait, but not communicating is not the answer. BAD experience Domino's! BAD!

This Domino's is is best. They have awesome customer service and their communication skills are top knotch. They are experiencing a few staffing issues with drivers and each time I create a delivery order the manager or one of the associates will call and set the expectation that it will not be immediately be delivered but they will not create the order until they have one. Impeccable.
