Mcdonald's

The employees, and the management, are TOTALLY RUDE at this location! Apparently, the lobby is closed; however, not a single sign is posted (other than the ones that say 'come on in'). The door was open, but when I walked in, I was vehemently informed that the lobby was closed. When I told the manager there were no signs, that she ought to put some up, and that their delivery platform also said to use the lobby, she huffed and turned away like a teenager. An employee said, ''Why? It is closed!" Stop wasting our time! As delivery drivers, our time is valuable. As customers, our time is also valuable.

This place is staffed by the most inept employees possible. First of all it seems they can only work one order at a time in the drive-thru (wont take your order until car in front has paid and has food) then they couldn't grasp a simple order(had to repeat order 6 times) paid and pulled up to service window, sat there for a few minutes until asked to pull forward to the waiting lane. Waited ten minutes, finally received food, looked in bag seemed ok. Got home found they had put Fish sandwich in my Quarterpounder with cheese box and gave me less than half of a large fry. I had been polite, patient and courteous so I don't think it was on purpose. Think they are just bad at basic entry level jobs and management must not care. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO DOWN THE STREET TO ANYWHERE ELSE

The food was cold. Been there twice and both times my order has been messed up. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin without an egg got cheese and egg...NO sausage. Today ordered $26.00 worth of food, we were ask to move up because our order wasn't ready...fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. We ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese, fish sandwich w/extra tarter sauce, a mcchicken, and a deluxe crispy chicken combo and 2 large drinks. In addition to missing the quarter pounder w/cheese every sandwich was cold. Even after we were told to wait for 10 minutes. I am very disappointed in McDonald's.

Bad attitudes. Huffed at me when I'm the one that had to come back through the drive thru to get my order corrected! Didn't give me a receipt, either. Just wanted dinner, wish I'd just gone somewhere else. Will definitely just wait in line somewhere else to get better service than this. As I'm waiting for my own order to be fixed, I see that two other groups of guests are also having to do the same.
