Applebee's

I understand that Covid has made it so that many places are short staffed let me say that first. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have in my opinion a manager that knew how to manage. The young lady working the To-go section was told to take our order and act as our waitress while still having to answer and put together the to-go orders. It took over an hour for our table to get our food. We watched others come in and get seated and then receive their meals in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. The to-go waitress did her best given the lack of support from management on a Sunday afternoon. She asked the manager to come over to our table. He had no idea what was going on and simply stated that they had someone call out. After calmly informing what transpired he told us that lunch was on him.

Where's the seasoning?Isn't what it used to be, came in for the first time in a long time, they were severely short-staffed but the waitress seemed really friendly and great. The food on the other hand.... Not great. Appetizer was good, the rest of the food was just bland...Bourbon streak steak was missing the bourbon street seasoning, our steaks were ordered at the same temp one was med rare the other was half well half medium. Sister got fries with her meal and they were completely missing the normal seasoning that made them in my opinion, pretty good. I had to use the restroom not too long after...(a couple times) and it was my first meal of the day so I know it wasn't breakfast causing this issue. Just not worth the bill when I can go to longhorn and get a better steak for around the same price with 2 sides.

Terrible experience, do not go… I sat at the bar and was completely ignored until I asked for a menu. My beer tasted funky, so clearly they don’t clean their taps. The whole bar area was messy. The bartender’s name was Vanessa and she was extremely unprofessional. She grabbed the glasses from the inside…disgusting. This service was literally the most ratchet I’ve ever experienced in my life. Kind of hilarious but save your money and don’t go to this Applebees.

I customized my order and it came out just the way that I asked for it .. Sizzlin 🔥.. Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp w/o the spices... PERFECT!! 👌🏾My only gripe was that no one acknowledged me and my boyfriend as soon as we walked in..No Host/Hostess.. There were no other guests waiting.. It was just us two..
