Wing Bistro

Food was good! My specific server was good as well but the rest of the employees ruined my experience. I literally sat in there listening to them gossip about other employees and their personal lives. If I could upload the audio I would. Please teach these people that paying customers come there for the food and the experience. Experienced truly ruined!

Order something simple 12 piece chicken & waffles. Food took over an hour, & was WRONG, on top of the fact she forgot my waffles, how?! & yet we still had to wait on one item? Like why? When it already took over an hour to receive the food which was wrong! The scenery is nice, nice vibe, but that’s about it.

Food: Ordered 12 wings and waffles. The waffles were thick and fluffy kind of cake like. The lemon pepper wings were on point. They were fried hard and seasoned to perfection. The hot honey wings weren’t as hot as I expected and the skin was a little gummy but the sauce was still good though. Experience: Ordered online for pickup. 12 wings and waffles for $16 which is very reasonable to me. The website offers the option to have four different sauces for a 12 count for an additional $1.14 (57 cents per extra sauce). The restaurant called after order the was placed and say only offer 2 sauces for the 12 count. Went to the restaurant to pickup order atmosphere was a fun hangout spot, sports on the tv, full bar not what I was expecting but pleasantly surprised. There wasn’t clear directions of where to go for pickup kind of got tossed around between people. I think I waited about 10/15 minutes for food to be brought out. But all in all I will be a repeat customer.

The worst experience of all time. First off the sign said wait to be seated and they told us go find a place but seated the next ppl. Ok fine well we waited an 1hr for food got drinks and never was asked did we need more or anything. We waited over an hour for food let that sink in and there was barely anybody there. The customer service sucked . We almost watched the entire football game and still wasn’t asked about a refill. Not only that it was 4 adults and 1 child and they charged $11 gratuity on both tickets. Do Not Recommend! Tried to give it a chance but never again. Music was good though!

My sister and I visited on a Sunday afternoon. It didn't seem too busy. We were told it was open seating. Beautiful R&B music playing in the background. Another server noticed that ours had not taken our drink order so she brought us drinks instead. The wait was not very long. I ordered the 6 traditional wings & a Belgian waffle. The waffle was cold, but the wings were hot. Everything tasted great. Our service started out rocky with our assigned server, but got better once we received our checks & to-go boxes. My sister asked for a water refill while she waited for me to finish my food & the server offered her one to-go, which was pretty thoughtful. Overall, great place to dine.
