Ordered for delivery today. Driver came and did not have my smoothie. Tried to call multiple times and kept getting their voice-mail. Still no smoothie and no call back. Came in after work to see if I could get my Missing smoothie. The shift leader Kathryn made things right. So lesson learned go on night shift only.... edited to 3 stars just because she was nice and tried to fix another shifts mistakes.

30 dollars later and the order is inaccurate and I need to wait for a call back for a refund on items I didn’t receive. Additionally no silverware provided for salads…
Editing to one star as my salad was gross and contained items I asked to not be on it, and it took 6 calls to get ahold of someone and “the manager will call back”. Not amused
Updated to add it’s been over 3 business days and no assistance or call back.
Additional update that I immediately contacted them via the link the owner provided and absolutely nothing. Don’t go here unless you’re fine with no customer service

I'm not sure what's going on here but I concur with all the previous reviews. The smoothie and food were good once I got them, but it took almost 30 minutes and they weren't particularly busy. The restaurant is dirty with boxes everywhere and looks like its getting ready to go out of business. The employees don't smile or exchange any pleasantries with the customers and generally seem unhappy.

Takes 20 minutes to get a smoothie when there is 3 people in the store.... This place is trashy and nasty. Hands down the worst Tropical Smoothie location I have ever been..

Have no idea when those pretty pictures were taken, but it looks nothing like that now!
Dining area closed because of Covid which I completely understand. However, the door, windows, and interior of the store need a very deep cleaning! There were two employees working this morning at 8:45 when we arrived. There were signs posted that they only take exact change or credit cards. I guess they don’t want to give change? There was one group of 3 people ahead of us and we had to wait a long time to place our order. Then we had to wait a very long time to receive our order. In the meantime, one employee posted a sign on the front door that they were only taking online orders, which effectively eliminated walk-in business. 3 potential customers read the sign and left. There were homemade construction paper signs taped everywhere about not sitting on the tables, bathrooms closed, etc. The whole experience was unpleasant! We won’t be back, but it probably won’t matter because at this rate of customer service and level of cleanliness…….
The smoothie was delicious! That gained them 2 stars, but kinda glad I couldn’t see the prep area.
UPDATE: RESPONDED TO THE WEBSITE IN THE RESPONSE AND NEVER HEARD BACK! Removing a star!

I came to this location tonight about 15 minutes before they closed. I’ve worked in food service and I know what it feels like during those last few minutes. I ordered online because I wanted to pick up before they closed so I used the app quickly and unfortunately I made a couple mistakes which I didn’t find out about until I received my prepared order. Kat and Ronny provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to correct my mistakes. The food and smoothies tasted delicious and I left really impressed by their professionalism. We will come back if we’re in the area. Thank you!
