Chili's Grill & Bar

Today I found myself needing a quick stop for lunch, yet wanting something very tasty. Fortunately, I pulled into Chili's for the solution and indeed it was! Their Mango Chili Chicken meal, which for me included broccoli and black beans, was over-the-top delicious, while the serving was ample to fill me to the brim, both of which left me happy and ready to come back! And I might add that this was all for a very attractive price.

Chili's in Riverdale Shopping Center in Hampton is a local favorite. Easy to get to with plenty of overflow parking. Depending on what you order, the items may be a bit pricey but well worth it as the food is definitely fresh and amazing every single time I eat here. There are times it takes a while for the food to come out but I've never had any problems with the staff.

Ordered Chili’s (Hampton, VA) on Doordash and after waiting for over an hour, the food arrived cold and ranch dressing all over everything. Items were missing and the food was gross. The sliders I ordered was missing the meat from them. The blossom petals were missing and in its place I had 4 small cheese bites. I called to speak with a manager at Chili’s and waited on hold forever. I waited long enough to write this review and still waiting. Needless to say, I will never order Chili’s (Hampton, VA) ever again. Obviously my complaint isn’t important to this manager because he/she is in no hurry to speak with me. Poor service, gross food, unprofessional management. Update: I waited on hold for 20+ minutes to speak with a manager and the manager still haven’t answered the phone. Unacceptable!

I order thru door dash about every other week. My food deliver last night was wrong., but I did get food. No one is perfect, it’s what you do about a situation that shows your character in business. The manager showed great compassion, and helped me with my order after the fact. I was so worried I would have to change food venders. Thanks for making feel welcome to continue eating from my favorite delivery restaurant..

When you arrive at the restaurant with an elderly woman using a walker and they seat you at the farthest table from the door really sets the tone for your experience. All 4 of us ordered a side salad and a main dish. The main course arrived at the table before any of us had been able to eat half of our salads and we asked them to please hold them as there wasn’t enough room on the table for everything. Then when they did bring the main course back out everything was cold. Management needs to have their kitchen staff trained to pace a meal out and not rush turning the tables so quickly when they are not even busy. Also the hostess should be able to seat customers with walking issues at a table that doesn’t make them walk the entire length of the place. Please review your training for everyone’s sake.

My $13 burger was beyond plain with no flavor at all I don't know why but they've fell off. I took half of it home and still haven't eaten it. That was 3 days ago. I'm about to throw it out and I HATE to waste any food at all. It just wasn't worth the calories. They need a new chef or someone who can tell these people to taste their food 1st. I'm sorry the only reason they get 2 stars is because they were clean. Smh. Nope. Not going back.
