I always eat at this Chick-fil-A and have been satisfied in the past. However I was shocked when I received my chicken deluxe sandwich and my chicken patty wasn't even a patty. The chicken was thin.

I ordered 2 large fries because I was having a difficult day. All I wanted was to enjoy some hot goodness and tasty Chick-fil-A sauce. The guy filling the orders only gave me 2 sauces and when I asked for more he said that he could not due to store policy. Idk about y’all but 2 Chick-fil-A sauces does not get the job done. Couldn’t even finish the first fry before I ran dry. What happened to the customer is always right?

So me and my fiance got food tonight I ammmm so glad I didn’t eat it. The fries were brown like they were over cooked and the salad had a fruit fly in the salad I never seen that before from chic fil a they have really slacked off a whole lot in the hampton roads areas. They are so much like a wendys or mcdonalds I would definitely expect more from them. The chicken strips don’t seem like they are cooked in the inside

Does any place do it better than Chick-fil-A? My grandson can not eat chicken nuggets without the sauce. They both had a great time and the floor attendant treated us amazing! She played and talked to my grandsons, refilled our drinks and even cleaned up after them, which I wished they were not so messy...but I do blame their mom 😁

BEWARE OF THIS CHICK-FIL-A .. I have went here multiple times and you pay so much money for the macaroni and they don't give you what you pay for that's a shame for almost $5 in macaroni that's what I got one scoop.. but go to other Chick-fil-A's and they fill the whole container up giving you your money's worth.

The food was great but disappointed with the “all in” drive through experience. I prefer to go inside rather than to use the drive through but with cones all over the parking lot designed to push every car that goes in towards the drive through made my experience negative. I get it, drive through is designed for speedy service but that wasn’t the case. Half the parking lot was blocked off due to the drive through lanes, and the spots open to park in were not accessible due to the drive through line.

For 10.00 a meal I expect far better than I got. We ordered the chicken sandwich which had wilted, nasty, lettuce and non ripe tomato. The fries were soft and over salted. Not a good experience. Quality was not there today.
