Burger patty just old. I didn't complain to them because they were short staffed and always are. I understand how it is as I work in food service too. Really just hope the staffing gets better for them.

Visited today around 2:30. We both had an amazingly fresh and delicious chicken sandwich with fries. The restaurant was clean, the two ladies working were friendly and even asked us how our food was. The reviews kinda shock me but then again every day can be different and we maybe just hit it as a good time. Had I read the reviews I think I would have passed but glad we stopped

Oh goodness!!! We just got the absolute best Frisco Burger and Hot Fries from this Hardee's! The young guy that wanted on us and the young guy that brought our food out to us were both very professional & very courteous. We were extremely pleased all the way around with this location!

Whoever made my Frisco Burger today did an excellent job! I haven't been to a Hardee's in about 28 years and I was a bit skeptical about going today but I'm so glad I did! This will be my go to place whenever I want a burger. Tons better than Wendy's and McDonald's.

They forgot to wrap my burger up. I need that so that my ingredients won't fall out and my burger was TOO charred around the edges. Everything thing else was good. I enjoyed my hot onion rings better than the burger and that never happens!

The food was great!! The food was hot and fresh. Someone paid it forward for us as well. It was very thoughtful this time of year with all going on. We have paid it forward as well. The parking lot was clean. My wife and I had the best experience on our visit.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich and the young lady told me there would be a small wait so they could make it fresh... I was the only person in the dining room so that was actually great news for me. I'd much rather wait than be given food that's clearly been sitting g for a while. She was incredibly polite and made small talk while I waited for my food. Also, that bathroom was beyond clean!
