Domino's Pizza

I ordered pizza at 11:30. It was delivered at 1:10. I was quoted 23-33 minutes. I'm not a completely awful person and so when I called after an hour and they apologized and offered a pizza credit for next time, I was really okay with that. Twenty minutes later and still no pizza. I called and asked to speak to the manager and she was so rude. My pizza arrived another 7 minutes later. Don't go there!

The employees at this location Cynthia specifically but the whole crew that worked on the night of 4/29/22 are the nicest domino’s employees I have ever experienced. They had open seating inside the hat was clean and not sticky like most locations. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick pick up and nice customer service.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered 4 pizzas and waited 45 minutes (which didn't bother me that much). Not a single pizza was correct. I ordered a pizza with everything on it with gluten-free crust. I ended up getting just sausage on the pizza and it was not only cold, but also burnt. Was so frustrated with the imcompatancy that I just left. Will NEVER go back and definitely do not recommend going to this establishment.

I ordered pizza right at opening. Was told a large pizza takes 7 minutes. Was told they wouldn't deliever so I said I would send someone to pick up the order. She waited at their store for over an hour. When I called they told me there delievery person was running behind. I told her it was for pickup because she told me they wouldnt deliever. She then proceeded to blame it on the person I sent. 2 hours later and no credit or anything (I asked) they finally gave her the order.

Up until recently I've really liked this store and their food. It's unfortunate they have several hour wait times now, it takes forever to get anything. I realize times are rough right now. I tried to call the store to ask if they were way behind before placing an online order to pick up after work. The number took me to a call center that did not sound American. I asked to speak with someone in the store and was transferred. The phone rang once and then hung up. That is some pretty bad customer service. I won't be getting food from here for awhile. Hope you guys can turn it around.
