Ordered the Roast Beef Gyro. I ordered mine with no onion. The sauce is pretty good, it is a fresh cucumber mayo taste. The oregano spice would be better if it were fresh and not dried. But wasn't a bad meal.
Overall, with the choices we have around the west side, this Arby's is still one of the places I go when I can afford it. Sure, it's not exactly a cheap option, but with the other choices we have it's one of the best options if you want food that hasn't changed in quality since inflation skyrocketed. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is mainly because of the fact it's not exactly cheap and not a viable option in our economy right now. But it's still good food and I've never had them mess an order up. So maybe once our economy is in better shape (God knows how long that might be...) and hopefully the prices go down some, sure I'll give it 5 stars no problem.

I love Arby's food. It's definitely one of the better ones I have got food from. Food has always been great. I did have a little issue of missing condiments with a few of my door dash orders. My roasted turkey sandwiches are usually cold when I get them, not sure if that's the norm or not, but I usually heat them up when the arrive.
The food here taste better than at other locations. Not sure what they're doing differently.

The Bad: A little pricey, but not enough to turn away.
The Ugly: Rough location to get out of.
Have been before, will go again...if you eat out a lot, it really breaks up the normal burger and pizza drag.

Used a coupon, $10 off $30+ so, I decided to try some new items: the new garlic steak (8), a brisket bbq (7.59), a chicken club wrap (7.29), chicken, bacon, ranch mac & cheese (6) and a small order of mozzarella sticks (3.59). The $8 sandwich was smaller than my favorite 'a reg beef & cheddar', which I will keep as my favorite. The only thing I would order again as the mozzarella sticks. The person I shared with, agreed.
I ordered the Diablo chicken sandwich. It was so gooood. I love 🔥 food . It was so hot I almost couldn't finish it. I loved every bite. Going back before it is removed from their food items. Customer service was very helpful. Sarah and her team are great 👍

Fast friendly service, fries fresh. That's a big thing for most people. They seem to keep the fry oil cleaned. Thank you Arby's.
It was so nice getting fresh fries that were perfect in color and taste. Please just add a few Arby's sauce to the bags, incase people forget to ask for it. That would be helpful.
The service is professional, the bathrooms are clean, the food is well prepared and packaged. The drive thru could undergo an update, but it's still efficient enough to serve its purpose. The only drawback is the menu. This isn't meant as a denigratration against this particular location. Rather, this is true for all these older, fast food franchises. They haven't kept up with the changes in modern tastes. There are few if any vegetarian choices, and even more so the food tends towards the bland. But you probably already know this if you're in the mood for a roast beef or some curly fries. That said, if you are in the mood, then you can't go wrong with this Brookwood location.
