Donatos Pizza

My first time ever eating Donatos it was ok, but not great. The pizza was cold she did remove the tomatoes because I didn't read it came with them. I called, and she said it was in the oven .The chicken hoagie was good. I am not sure if I will get it again 😕. I am honestly disappointed. UPDATED I talked to the manager, and I am trying it again this weekend she was very professional and explained what happened. I will update you with pictures and how the food is soon!¡ The food is delicious. Thank you so much. Melinda made it right for me. My salad was so good and I will 💯 be back now

This is my all-time favorite pizza!! I've loved it since the first day they came out, which I do believe around the Cincinnati area was the '90's. I was in middle school and I used to save my lunch money so I could order the personal pizza meal for myself whenever I got home. I fell in love then an I'm still very much in love with them today!! Keep up the great work Donator's Pizza!! Highly recommended & will gladly be back😉!!

I ordered from this location three days ago and I still find myself thinking about the sheer quality and attention to detail. I asked for extra ranch and lots of red pepper flakes. And that’s exactly what I got! They went above and beyond for this request resulting in an excellent condiment experience.. The order arrived steamy hot and right on time. The driver even made the trudge up my three flights of stairs, a feat not executed by many! Some may say that my experience was terrific, others may say it was delightful but for me I think I’m going to side with the teens of today and call it straight BUSSIN’!!! 10/10 recommend. Treat them with kindness and understand there is a hardworking human at the other end who is trying their best to accommodate an insane amount of orders at one time. I will be back because that pizza just hit different that night and so did the leftovers for days to come!!

Donatos does great! The food is wholesome food, definitely great for the whole family and friends. They’re deliveries get backed up a little bit over the weekend, which is totally understandable because those are their busy days. Even through all of it, they always make sure that your food is fresh and hot when it arrives to you. If there has been any issues they have always tried to resolve them through their policy of credits and sending brand new food to you if something is messed up. It’s all about satisfaction to the customer. If there has been any unresolved problems 1-800-Donatos is the place to call with issues and they usually take care of them.
