I’ve visited this location for several years and in the last year it has improved so much! I actually took a different rout to work at one point to visit another location because it was so bad, they never had what I wanted and the service was terrible. I see lots of new faces now and they’re all friendly and they always have what I want and my coffee is always perfect.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin in the morning on my way to work for a solid year (if not longer). My drink is always quick and correct and the employees are extremely nice. They are the first smiles I see every morning. I place my mobile order every morning and it’s ready the second I pull up to the window. This Dunkin is my first choice whenever I want coffee!
I've been going to this Dunkin for over a year. The manager and her morning staff are absolutely the best. They know my order as soon as I say Good morning.

It was very slow when I went in but it took really long to make my sandwich and coffee. The food was just OK and normally I love it. Not much effort by the staff working. No greeting, burnt food and burnt tasting coffee. I did like the store, the chairs were very comfortable and I appreciated the wi-fi.
Went inside the lobby to eat. Very, very friendly employees. Had donuts, delicious although my favorite is still Krispy Cream. My friend had the sausage and egg croissant..but he wasn't impressed. He also had the hash browns which are more like tater tots as they were quite stingy. They only gave him 5..and they were kind of cold. I had one and didn't like it either. Then two ants crawled on our table so we left. They need to spray in there for pests. The tables were a bit dirty with crumbs. Other than that everything okay.
Very patient salesperson. I truly didn't know what I wanted, and she described every doughnut . Great employee and experience.
the drink wasn't right, no sweetener was added. Both muffins were upside down in the bag, with the frosting smeared all down the sides. I ordered in the app and it was ready when I got to the window.
I have since been back and the service is much better, new employees.

Lack of employees has made this a bad location to get donuts. 2 people working. drive thru out to the road. Out of glazed twist which is a staple donut at any donut shop. Next time I am sticking with mom and pop donut shop

This location has their espressos machine down for quite a while and now that it's back up, I decided to take advantage of the $2 digital Dunkin Donut card I had received from T-Mobile's Get Thanked Tuesdays. Which was simple to do just saved the offer, had the clerk scan my Dunkin Card in my app, then scan the T-Mobile Dunkin $2 card from that app & received my order.
I had ordered a large iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream, plus a Boston Kreme donut. Both were absolutely delicious! 😋
Staff is amazing, drinks and food are amazing A++++
Dunkin has gone downhill. Used to have such a variety of donuts, not so much now. Hadn't been there in ages and it will be a long time before I go back. The donuts were fine.
Good food. Good coffee. Good donuts. Freaking adorable manager!! She's the middle eastern girl with the white girl voice ;)
The rest of the crew is cool. I feel like coming here everyday :)
Only complaint is there was a group of what I assume to be addicts in the parking lot asking people for money.. but I don't think that's an everyday thing. It happens
