It may seem quiet but whatever is on the menu, ask for it and they will make it up fresh and fast. Good and tasty.. One of those hidden gems.

Best Donburi/ Katsu in town.
Moved to Nelson 4years ago, and we always stop in when we come back and the prices are still the same, and still tastes amazing!!! ❤

This place dishes out good bento boxes and donburi despite the obvious spelling mistakes on the menu board. I had the Chicken Katsu (not Kastu) Curry and it was your typical Japanese flavourful comfort rice with panko crumbled chicken onion saucy delight. Its my go to dish now and has become a welcomed regular.
