Burger King

They won't answer the store phone.too busy on personal calls. So I went and I ordered an impossible Whopper which is supposed to be plant based. I waited for over 5 minutes for my order for my order when the cook came out to me apologizing for the wait and telling me that he wasn't sure that it was cooked properly I said that's fine.. thanks.and left I got about 20 minutes away and started feeling a little nauseous. I realized the hamburgers were wrapped in meat Whopper wrappers That are red instead of green that were turned inside out. This was meat. I know this because my dog would not eat an impossible whopper Loved what I ended up giving her I felt sick after About 20 minutes of eating half a Burger. I tried to call the store to ask them if there was a possible mix up they would not answer the phone. Because they wouldn't answer the phone just to give me a straight answer I ended up calling corporate.

This is the grossest BK I’ve ever had. The food tasted old even the lemonade was undrinkable. I had to just throw it away. I wouldn’t even give it to the homeless. Then of course, the service was trash, she didn’t say anything and of course she didn’t give me a receipt. And do something with the bushes in the drive-thru!

Worst Burguer king ever . Manager on the phone while people waiting in line to order . Also had to wait close to 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a whopper Jr . Left food behind and walked away . Hope owners look at this review and hire people who really want to work and not just the ones that are there to collect a paycheck.

I know you don't come here for the salads, but at other Burger King locations, they're pretty decent actually. The crispy chicken garden salad I got here was pretty unappealing. Normally served in a fresh plastic container, this was served in a small breakfast carton. The lettuce and tomato were drowning under the hot chicken, so all the leaves were wilted and warm. Wish I had taken a picture, but I was starving. Plus I wasn't given dressing, which I had requested. On a positive note, no issues with the chicken fries and french fries that I got.

The mgr was rude and said there is nothing I can do about lousy service and missing food over phone! I have to come right back to get any restitution for their mistake! Not worth going back. I didn't get a receipt so the mgr has got the best of me! I asked for owner and she said it was a franchise and had no recourse! McDonalds is also a franchise but their owner’s phone is posted everywhere! Must be the reason they are always busy! Disgusted patron

Granted this place is located at the end of one of the dirtiest neighborhoods in Newhaven This Burger King also has employees that clear dont care about customer service and feel that its ok to yell at customers that ask ti make sure their food is hot. This location loves serving cold food its like they really don't care. The saddest part about this is its the managers that feel its ok to run their location in such a manner
