We were a group of 7 people came here at 00:30 and the manager ( Waheeed ) was so rude except staff. he was speaking in Persian but so rude and behaved very bad with their costumer we were so disappointed by his behave and his actions, a manager should always keep his customer happy no matter what condition and the food so cold.. very disappointed by his actions 👎🏾 Don’t recommend this

Rude service. Was not asked for drink preference he simply started pouring the coke. I didnt get ketchup or mayonaise with my meal. Even though i ordered nuggets he said sauce cost extra but gave it to me after i complained. The establishment was not busy. Food was fine!

Tasty burgers. Very convenient space located a few meters away from the train stop (mundsburg). Warm and comfortable during the cold seasons. Small (sometimes stuffy) space but well designed and maintained. Attentive employees with stern faces too. No problem if you don't speak German, there will always be someway to get help.

There are 2 cash counters. Often, only one of them is active. Even when both are active, you have to wait for a minimum of 5-6 minutes to recieve or sometimes we even place your order. Finding a seat is never difficult. Food-wise, it's Burger King. You know what to expect.

Extremly Mediocre.
Worst part: The mensroom needs to be bombed. A simple cleaning won't get rid of years old urine smell. If the toilets are handled with no care, how sanitary is the kitchen? Well, it's fast food, right?

Selling stale food. I ordered for chicken burger and the Letuce looked like couple of days old. I doubt if the chicken was fresh too. I have observed the low quality and poor standards in American chains here in Germany. Its also the timing i think. During night times such place become un controlled i think. However in the day times have got ok food here.
