I used the drive thru. Associates were very nice. Fries were hot. They were good. Roast beef w cheddar was terrible. The sandwich was not hot. The cheese had solidified on the bun. Not a good experience. Spent the rest of my day feeling ill and nauseated

We ordered food. Food took some time to come out and we were the only ones in line, so food quality should have been good and fresh. Half of my gyro bread was rock hard. To the point that it couldn't be bitten into or ripped. I am pregnant and now I'm worried about the food quality.
Really disappointed & have never had this experience before there. Called in just now explained all of this. The manager said "Ok. We'll talk to them." No apologies. No trying to make it right. Nothing. I was NOT rude. I just explained the issue. Didn't seem to care at all.

Cocoa from Dark Nest Travels YouTube loves roast beef sliders so, as we so often spoil our shelter dog, we stopped here. The service was excellent, attentive and the food was, as always, Arby's quality. Great place.

Ordered a roast beef gyro and turkey gyro. The roast beef gyro had all the roast beef piled all together in the middle and nothing spread out. The shell was tough and hard to bite with both gyros. Not a very enjoyable eating experience.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, a french onion dip, and chicken tenders through DoorDash. All meals. The french onion dip and the tenders were accounted for as well as our fries and drinks. My chicken sandwich was completely forgotten. No straws for the drinks either.

If I could review and give less than 1 star I would. I went here for food and inquired about a food item and if it had onions, I was told yes. I said ok I am allergic so I won't get that, how about this other item. I then selected another item, (expecting them to make me aware if it did have onions since I explained that i have an onion allergy) then was then sent to the window to pay. I got the food and it came with onions all over the bun, when I realized and I went back to the window to inquire, the staff said it's not their fault, I should have known I ordered it that way. The menu states no where that it's on an onion bun. And I mentioned to them that I was allergic.

We got off the exit and drove a couple miles into town with one item in mind. An Arby's roast beef bathed in horseradish sauce. When ordering we asked about the horse radish sauce and was told they were out. I ask why and the lady taking our order said, "I don't know"!
I asked the manager if they had any packages in the back and kept getting profunctory un opologetic answers, "nope, we're out!"
Not sure if this is a supply chain issue or poor management but it certainly wasn't handled well.

Tried to dine here but dining room was closed. Drive thru is only open which is ridiculous. Went thru drive thru but when they also didn't have milkshakes we dined somewhere else. Saw plenty of people go to the door and then leave so they are definitely losing business. If you want to eat inside don't come here.
