The staff here is horrible and careless. Stacey is rude and has no human compassion. She couldn’t apologize for a mistake her staff made with a food allergy that landed my family member in the hospital. Instead gave me rude comments like “my family would of had correct supplies if there is a food allergy” and “my staff was never told of a food allergy” she treated the situation like if I was looking for something free when all I wanted was some accountability and an apology. She refused to give me names for anyone at the corporate office. She is definitely a poor excuse for a “manager” that she claims to be.
