Subway

Very poor and sloppy food control. There was old ingredients mixed in new. This stuff inside of that stuff. Not clean at all. And most importantly there's an individual up there who barely makes your sandwich and you have to ask over and over again to get what you want. And to make it right. On top of all that you still get attitude.

I did an online order for curbside pickup for myself and my coworkers and went on my lunch break to pick it up. My order had several sandwiches, none of which were labeled. Which means we had to open every one to know whose was whose. There were BARELY any toppings on all the sandwiches. I asked for jalapeños and there were TWO jalapeños on the entire thing. Also asked for extra lettuce and did not even receive the normal amount. The toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy, meaning they made them way ahead of time and all the ice was melted in my drink so it was watered down and gross. I called to speak to the store manager and she told me to bring all the sandwiches back so they could remake them. I told her I went on my lunch break and could not go back. She said she could get me a discount on my next order to make up for it but overall she wasn't very nice and didn't act like she really cared that there was a problem. I will probably never go back here.

I ordered food through GrubHub and did not recieve the extra meat I had paid for. When I called the store they were super nice about it and very apologetic for their mistake, and were more than happy to make me the correct sandwich. And then when I went to get my new sandwich, they told me that I could keep the old sandwich too instead of giving it back for them to just throw away. Awesome customer service!
