Jet's Pizza

Placed an online order for a 6-piece Aloha Bbq for $15. Upon arrival they give me a 4- piece Aloha BBQ. The 13- year old manager tells me they slice them differently. They no longer slice in 6 pieces. Meanwhile the slices are the same size just missing 2- pieces. Guess I’m the dumb -9 year customer. Goto the Bedford location and do yourself a favor. Avoid this train wreck location.

Be careful when ordering dinner from this location. Especially, if you get the 8 corner.. I have undoubtedly received an old small on more than one occasion. It’s my fault for forgetting to open the box before leaving, but, there is no denying that they use up unsold lunch small 4 corner pizzas to fulfill the 5 o’clock rush. They are dry and basically scream “sucker” at you once you get home. Still a fan, but, make sure you open the box before leaving.. trust me.. you’ll be able to tell.

I am rounding up from 4.5 stars. Half star deducted for the cleanliness of the restaurant. For the owner: Please please clean the large vent above the prep area. The food was awesome. That vent not so much. For everyone else: The food is awesome. The crust of the pizza is delicious. It is very buttery and just overall good. We had the meat lovers, the supreme, and a cheese pizza for the kids. You may be disappointed when you first collect your pizza because the boxes look small but I promise you it is more than enough. The crust is nice and thick. It compliments the toppings perfectly and is very filling.

Hate to give a 3, because I think this is the best tasting pizza! However, lately the size has shrunk. I don’t mind paying the higher price, but when a “NY large pizza” for $14 looks like a Domino’s $7, it’s a problem. The same issue with the cinnamon stix. Items look anemic inside the box! Sad because Jett’s is the best tasting crust, not sure if it’s worth going out of my way now.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats. Apparently they don't make one of the pizza anymore so they just chose to do nothing, shorting us a pizza, and told the driver our order was complete. Upon calling them, they said there was nothing they could so and to call Uber Eats. I've even had TACO BELL rectify the problem with no questions asked when a mistake was made. We will NEVER order pizza from here again.

The deep dish crust was pretty good. Nice and crispy outside and soft inside. However. There was nothing that really stood out for me. However, the triple cheese turbo stix were pretty darn good. If i were to go back i would definitely order these again. I also liked the fact that i could order a bottle or ranch and like the container it came in. I can keep that and reuse it which is cool. Customer service was really good and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and made sure i knew what was available since it was my first time ordering from them. The closest location to me is about minutes and i dont think i would drive that distance again but i am glad i tried it once.
