Super fast. You get your shave ice less than 1 minute. The smaller size was big enough for one person. Taste is great. Employees are kind and full of energy. The atmosphere is cozy and just great. Amazing tourist and date place. Highly recommended. Parking is close and free.
Nice place to get some shaved ice. They offer a great selection of flavors in 2 sizes: medium and large.
They offer also ace cream, beans and condensed milk among other toppings.
Flavors are great. Loved the choice of wooden spoon and wooden straws. Eco friendly.

I'm not one for shaved ice, but this place was AMAZING. Our local friend recommended this place to us, and it did not disappoint. I definitely recommend getting all the toppings!
The service was super fast (<10 minutes), and there is outdoor seating for you to enjoy your shaved ice. Try your best to go before lunch or later in the afternoon. We were fortunate enough to beat the line, but once we got our shaved ice, the line ended up being 20+ people.
If you're visiting the North Shore, I definitely recommend stopping by here for a quick treat!

Absolutely deserving of more than 5 stars! The customer service is outstanding, and don't fret about the long line—it moves swiftly thanks to their efficient operation. The young man taking orders is not only friendly but also adds some humor to the experience. 😄 The register attendant is equally welcoming, and the order fulfillment team seems genuinely happy in their roles.
The shaved ice experience is exceptional. The ice is finely shaved, resulting in a smooth texture akin to ice cream. My husband and I opted for the Hawaiian flavor (banana, coconut, and blue pineapple) and added condensed milk—a fantastic choice. You can customize with azuki beans, mochi balls, or even ice cream. While we observed fewer people choosing ice cream, the other options were popular among patrons.
We went for the large size but realized the small would have sufficed—it's a very refreshing treat. The store also offers a variety of local snacks, ensuring there's something for everyone. Definitely worth a stop, and there's plenty of seating in the outside courtyard.
Definitely in the running for best shave ice on the island. It's always packed, but everything moves at assembly line speed, so it's not too long of a wait. The ice is flavorful, and the mochi balls are the absolute best.
This is one of those tourist stops everyone does. However, if you want shaved ice with delicious flavor combinations and unique toppings then this is a must visit. I've had shaved ice before and this one was the best I've had. The positions are big and the price is great. The size in my picture is small and they have large as well.
One of the things I wanted to get in Hawaii was shaved ice. And I'm glad I was able to stop here when exploring the north shore. The place is packed but the line moves quickly..so many flavors choices you have. The syrups are made with cane sugar so you don't get that artificial flavor like you do when you get shaved ice on the mainland. I would definitely add the condensed milk.
Excellent shaved ice with many flavors to choose from. Lines can get very long but there is a cute shop on the side to kill time while waiting for the line to lessen. Friendly and fast service.
Really enjoyed it! My husband added the red beans and vanilla ice cream to his shaved ice and I did ice cream and shaved ice. There was a line but they were very efficient in getting people through. We were on this side of the island and decided to stop by. I wouldn’t drive over JUST for the shaved ice. But it’s worth it if you’re in the area. We also got some of their Chex mix, can’t remember the flavor name but it was the salty one. So good. We ate the whole bag on our way back to our hotel.
The best shave ice on the island! Well worth the drive to the North Shore from Honolulu if you can rent a car for the day. There will be a line but they have streamlined their service so it moves very quickly and even offer menu signs in line so you can prepare your order prior to placing it!
