I called last minute I'm sorry for that but the owner Ramie squeezed 10 of us in it was unbelievable and we were so grateful. The service was professional, attentive and overall perfect. The food was top notch, everything was beautifully plated and so good. They go above and beyond with their menus and the quality of food they serve. The chefs and team preparing the food are amazing, Cody L. is our favorite and he knows what he is doing, he's amazing to watch. The best sushi in blaine county by far. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable with a sophisticated vibe.

We love Zou75. The service adn food are 100%! Our experience is always a great one. Staff is friendly and accomodating and appetizers, main dishes, martinis are the best! We love the large rooms that accomodate all 8 or more of us!! fun....you will go back for more :=))

We sat at the counter where you can view the chefs preparing the rolls. Not only was the floor/table staff participating with all tables together, the sushi chefs asked questions to the customers to create a fun and impressive experience. WE WILL BE BACK .... THANK YOU. BTW ... Margarita could be better without carbonation. 😏

We walked in without reservations, they made space for us. Because we didn’t make reservations, we had zero expectations. The staff was so wonderful, true teamwork! The kitchen staff…seriously impressive! Food and drinks were superb!!! Sushi in Hailey Idaho??? ABSOLUTELY!

Excellent food served with a smile! The triple sashimi was perfection and the thinly sliced beef tetaki was heavenly. Family got a bit of everything and we shared it. Everyone enjoyed every bite. The shrimp tempura is a fave!! Been here multiple times and always can’t wait to come back! Happy place!!
