So many delicious options here. But I'd recommend staying away from the flavored cones. They just aren't that good. The Big Dipper has any and every kind of Hershey's ice cream you could want. I was impressed that they even have the hard to find flavors. They also have soft serve. We love that it's open late (until 11pm) and that there are outdoor tables.

Lots of flavors to choose from!!! Line goes down quick. Love me some snowballs with ice cream in the middle, they call them lollipops. Super delicious

We usually go to another ice cream place down the street but they were closed so we tried it. We got the Brookie Dough flavor and it tasted good but the consistency was weird. Like almost like marshmallow fluff (sticky and goopy) but somehow also soupy at the same time. Really didn't enjoy it. Plus

This is an ice cream shop that's unique to Hagerstown. Hand dipped shakes, floats, dozens of flavors of ice cream and more ice cream treats than pretty much anywhere I've ever been. Prices are reasonable too. Typically, a little less than the national chains for more generous portions.

They need to train the people on how to make things before they let them be on there own. More then once they messed up a fudge sundae and more basic items . Other then the that I have always loved the place

Staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, all around amazing - day or night. I adore vanilla soft serve ice cream cones. It's the only thing vanilla I enjoy. ;-) And out of the many different "vanilla soft serve" from other places this is the place I compare them all too! STAY AMAZING BIG DIPPER CREW!! XOX
