They put the wrong amount of food in the bowl twice. I had to remind them once. They didn’t mention they couldn’t take cash until we were at the register. Trash not cleaned up everywhere. The other photos should explain it all.

Restaurant was dirty, ran out of dressing for salad, chips were half bag and stale. Service was subpart and excuses for why the image was not good. This is the second time that I supported this location and I don't feel that the health and food safety of the public is first choice. No respect for COVID, no mask, no hair nets no handling of the food considered.

I really want to root for them, as the staff is always friendly, and the food is decent. However, they are almost never open (even on normal weekday evenings), and out of the 3 online orders I've placed, 2 of them were "stolen" and then delayed over 30 minutes past the stated pickup time. How does that happen. If you choose to come here, you have to be willing to gamble on whether or not you're actually getting any food. Hopefully they change.

Normally I have no issue with Chipotle (they all taste the same), but this location is currently severely understaffed and overworked. The couple times I've been here this year, there have only been 4-5 visible staff.
There once was a day where their online orders were 1 hour behind. Imagine being told that your food will be ready at 7PM, and you don't get to walk out until 8! The food was clearly rushed as well - there were several inedible pieces of lettuce hastily chopped and thrown into the bowl.
I have no gripe against the employees themselves, it seems to be an issue of poor management this year. Unlucky!
Also, the chips they give are obscenely little. In my most recent order of chips, there was so little that I could see the bottom of the bag. Definitely not worth it.

I consistently get bad service here. Never very clean environment and I usually spend 20 minutes or more from start to finish no matter the time of day. I know this is a college town chipotle, but a lot could be improved. Train your employees! This is coming from someone who worked in medium to high end food service for 7 years.
Update: went again last night. Food is still good but man is service bad. Every table was dirty, they were out of corn, guacamole, and sour cream. No trashcans to be found for waste.

Food was okay, service was okay, drink station messy, out of product, dining area dirty, trash barrels overflowing, staff was loud talking behind the counter, plenty of staff, 1st time there was very disappointed. Won't be going back anytime soon. Stay away unless you're really hungry, too many other choices nearby. Not to mention EXPENSIVE for what you get. $16 for a burrito and a soft drink, yikes!

I love the food. This place is complete chaos. Sometimes you can only order online, sometimes only certain items have to be ordered online or they just don't have the food. It's never been easy to visit but what I get when I go is good.
