First time customer… Tried the Fast and Furious Burrito With grilled chicken…outstanding!!! It was everything and more I want in my burrito!!! Also did a wellness shot…Lemon Ginger shot is where it’s at. The whole meal was super satisfying and I’m thinking of the next chance I get to eat there again!

I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make your order whenever it’s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up—this means your drink sits there to get warm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I ordered there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I’ve witnessed several people returning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interest in acknowledging or addressing these issues. I’ll head to GoodBeet!

I've order from Animo a few times now, and I love it! I like ordering online before I leave to pick it up. They are always prompt and have the food waiting when you arrive. However, the food isn't prepared so far in advance that it is cold when you pick it up. I love the amazing selection of theit burrito bar. I especially love that they have vegan options for some favorite foods (i.e. vegan queso). I also love their whipped bananas! I feel like I'm having a real treat, and it is so health for you. I highly recommend Animo, especially if you are vegan or gluten free. They do a great job!
