Straight forward food, friendly staff, cozy environment. I had the philly omelette which was good and the hashbrowns were also good. Menu was much bigger then I thought for such a little place. Seems like a place made for regulars and those looking for something real close to home cooking. Definitely planning on coming back and cab honestly say I think I prefer it over a diner breakfast.

My wife and I went there today on our lunch break. We both had less than an hour and assumed we would have plenty of time. I arrived early ordered my wife's lunch, we waited over a half an hour for a salad and a sandwich. We ended up having to have them packed to go. No apologize was offered as to the delay, and the restaurant was not crowded whatsoever. We were looking for a really nice place to share a lunches together that was in between both our workplaces. Unfortunately the service in the food was a complete disappointment. I would understand if the restaurant was extremely busy why we would have to wait, however there were virtually no people in the restaurant and there was no reason to have to wait all that time for our food. Avoid if you want prompt and courteous service

The Station House, named for it's location on Station Avenue near the railroad tracks, serves breakfast and lunch. In the past, the decor seemed a little dark and cluttered, but when I returned recently, I found the new decor much lighter and airier. I would describe it as casual and welcoming. It definitely has a local small town neighborhood feel to it. Drinks are served in Ball jars. Their breakfast menu consists of all the standards you'd expect... eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, etc. Their list of omelets includes a nice variety. They also have specials. I was there on the Fourth of July weekend and they had several patriotically named specials such as the Independence Egg Casserole that was delicious. It was an egg over hash brown potatoes with bacon and cheese. I've never tried their lunch, but the menu includes salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps... everything you'd expect. Their convenient location near other small shops and stores (plus the Haddon Heights Farmers Market on Sundays during Spring Summer and Fall) plus the friendly service make this a worthwhile stop.

Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We were seated immediately, but it took us quite a while to have our order taken and served. The food was delicious (I had the breakfast quesadilla). My mom is a regular here, and said that the slow service was quite unusual, so if thats the case, definitely worth going!

The food itself is very good, but the kitchen speed on the other hand is extremely slow. It beckons the question of quality versus quantity. This place definitely focuses on its quality which is a breath of fresh air, but still its speed of getting dishes out of the kitchen is extremely slow. This is no fault of the servers.

While the staff is nice they are laid back. The wait for coffee is long and if your food is prepared wrong ( if you are lucky enough to get your entire order) you will be waiting till your entire table is done to receive it. Love the people just not the business model.

Cozy little place in heart of Haddon Heights. First time was good but the second time (when bringing a friend) was disappointing. My omelette read runny and small with barely any home fries. They were super busy so it took awhile for our waitress to appear although they did keep apologizing the food didn't really make up for it. Was eager to check out this second time but now moves lower on the list of breakfast places. I really hope it improves the eventual next time we go since I really don't wanna cross it off the go to places.
