I have ordered many times and it seems the only time they get my order is when I’m there watching they can’t even get a simple order of mixed platter no lettuce right let alone anything a little more adjusted . t This was supposed to be just a mixed platter over fries no rice This issue was resolved the same day good customer service

My overall experience here is good. I prefer this location to the one in Fair Lawn. Compared to Fair Lawn the portions here are much more appropriate for what you pay for. The only negative I can say is that recently placing mobile orders has been pretty hit or miss. There are times where I will place an order and the estimated pick up time is 10~15min and there have been a few times where it's taken a bit longer which isn't all too convenient if ordering thru the app

I’ve been here plenty of times, because it’s my go to when I’m on the go! Online ordering can’t get any easier-simple and fast. I’m only giving two stars due to my in store experience. After placing my order online I head to the store for pick up. As I approached the designated area for pick up, I observed that there were about six orders awaiting pick up and there is a young lady who seems to be handling the flow of orders in this particular area. I waited 8 mins with no acknowledgment. After 8 minutes of watching her carry on conversations with her fellow coworkers - I also observed 3 male customers come in after me and walk up to the counter where I was standing and was acknowledged by the same worker who ignored me. I decided to get on the line where you place your order to ensure that they were aware that I had been waiting. The young lady- Amalfi, had to stop doing her job and leave the counter to walk over and make sure that I received my order, while the other worker just watched. I understand that we are busy at times, but ensuring the retention of the customer is key! Unfortunately , I will not be returning to this location due to the lack of customer service provided during this particular visit. I’ll just take my money and business to Halal guys, who are super busy but always friendly

Never thought a restaurant could start to do so well but drop in quality and quantity. Portions cut by 1/3 prices jumped and quality dropped???? Doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t just stick to the methods that made the restaurant do so well in the first place. The over prices chicken gave me food poisoning. Also now they charge for white sauce…..

Last week I came there and Your employee Tee was very helpful . It was my first time back in years and I never got treated with this much costumer service . She helped me decide the best toppings to put on my platter and she was very welcoming I think she deserve a raise it’s hard to find good costumer service in New Jersey . Let’s keep Tee Employed . I would recommend this place to eat So good .
