El Pollo Loco

This El Pollo Loco very small. It draws a big crowd from the area but, the drive thru is very small and in very bad shape. Ground is cracking, they had sprinkler leak, the turn is very bad there. You can see the curb cracked and chipped because of how many people hit it. The window to get your food is a small glass window. Even the workers struggle to hand you your order and then they drop your change and forget about getting it cause you can't even open your door. Food is decent and prices are good. $5 combos a bargain especially in this economy. You might want to park and go in to order at this location. They have 2 some fountains inside and restroom was not in bad shape considering how many people they get there.

I been coming to this location since I bought a house here in Hacienda Height 6 years ago. Unfortunately the last 5 times I been experiencing horrible service like today Tue 1/25/22 I went to drive thru to place an order at 5:36pm and the lady on the drive thru told me that I have to wait 20 minutes for my order, I ask why and her answer was I quoted " WE DON'T SELL RAW CHIQUEN SR." unquoted. What kind of answer is that, that was so rude and disrespectful. Try to call manager no answer. So hopefully some one from management read this and do something about this.

The dinner was close n manager was not polite. They did not have any signs saying that they did not accept EBT THRU the drive thru so I was waiting for 15 on line n I can't go out cars were behind me n in front of me.they were taking to long to give the order to the cars in front of me. I felt discrimination cause I have the EBT.
