Order is messed up every time I order. Never answer the phone even when there are no customers dining in. This is the second time I’ve ordered a t bone (rare) and hash browns smothered and covered. Both times the steak was well done and though I was charged for cheese and onions on hash browns, they were plain. You can’t call to complain because they don’t answer the phone. You can enter a complaint through the website, but it does no good. Employee looks miffed when there is no tip—might consider tipping if they’d get the order correct and serve the food with the toppings I paid for.

I've been doing a tour of all of The Waffle Houses in the southeast. I have only passed up a few in Georgia Alabama Florida and Mississippi. If God were to visit Earth and wanted a decent plate of grits, he would most assuredly go to this one. The view is phenomenal and the people are exceptional. A very good experience

Stopped in for breakfast and they were crowded, but we sat at the counter which didn't take long. Our server Vicky waited on my party of 5 and another family like a pro. You could tell the workers were kind of frustrated with the big crowd that morning, but all and all they worked it out. Food was good service was good and I was a happy customer.

We stopped there for coffee and breakfast on our way home. We always get the big breakfast and share the waffle while the other orders a regular menu item. It’s our favorite place to eat in Mississippi and the coffee is delicious as well as the food and the service.

I mean it's waffle house, you know what to expect. They are short staffed but did a good job at keeping up. I suggest going at an off hour. There was 10 people standing waiting for a place to sit when we left.

Service is very good but cleanliness is atrocious. There were flies and cockroaches on our table and there was no soap in the bathroom for employees or customers to wash their hands. This location literally needs to clean up their act.
