If you've never been to one of these places...GO!!!! Their burgers are perfection!!! The whataburger sauce I could put on literally everything and love it... We didn't wait long on our food, the staff is courteous and friendly, the store was clean, and their wasn't a long wait to have our order take

Whoever they have on the headsets doesn't know how to take orders the right way. They don't know how to add orders. But the guy at the window is sweet and so is the night shift manager. But other than that they are good.

First time to eat Whataburger in a while & as always it was wonderful‼️ I drive to the Twin City Hwy location in Port Arthur as it is 100X better than the one by my house on Nederland Ave‼️

Never had a problem before but tonight I had to wait 30 minutes for our food, spent $35 and the hamburgers were cold and raw.

Waited forever over an hour. No ingredients were on my burger. Order for 4 people. 50 bucks. Dry. The girl behind the counter seemed overly worked.

Please say " sausage egg and cheese biscut "on the drive through intercom instead of "biscut sausage egg cheese" its confusing and leaves room for miscomunication. Its already hard to hear on one of those things .

Food was great, but the order was wrong. Considering I placed the order online, it couldn't be due to a lack of communication...just inattention to detail.
