The flavors were interesting. Had the chocolate fire with vanilla. Tried the white chocolate lavender.
I think Sweet Jeanie's deserves a 5 star review. Their ice cream is top notch. (My wife love's it and ranks it among her very favorite). The staff is always polite and helpful. It's a great part of the downtown. Service, though always with a smile, can be slow at times...but be patient...their ice cream is worth the wait. Their hours are great. You can almost always count on them being open when everything else in town in closed. That takes a lot of dedication and is greatly appreciated for those of us that want a snack after 6 pm when the other stores close.
Awesome home made ice cream. Great variety of flavors. Whether you like to stick to something you know like chocolate, or are feeling more adventurous, Sweet Jeanie's will always have something on the menu for you. Flavor list is different every time I go in. They are all very friendly too! Oh and they have a rewards program!
Sweet Jeanie's is a classic local ice cream joint. My family loves taking a walk downtown and stopping by on a hot summer day. The ice cream is great and there are some games and toys for the kids to play with inside the store. Jeanie herself is extremely friendly and welcoming and kids can even get a free cone!

This place is amazing. Great ice cream and shakes. I have not had the sandwiches, but I have heard from people on campus they are great. It is a nice cozy place that is really food for studying or for a nice date. It is a little pricy but nothing extreme.
