Moe's Southwest Grill

TURN AROUND DONT PASS GO, LEAVE NOWW.. Worst experience I have ever had. I could not believe the rudeness of the women who was helping myself and my family. The amount of times she asked me what else instead of not rushing me was unbelievable. For the pile of lettuce I received, for the 4 pieces of chicken in my burrito. Didn't even get anything with my son's kids meal. When I went to get something to drink the smell in the back was horrendous. I know food service is hard. Cause I worked in it most of my life, but if you don't like your job leave. Long story short, rude women, over priced lettece burritos and smelly atmosphere. Go to MANANAS OR CHIPOLTE!!!

This food was absolutely horrendous, if there is a close chipotle please save your money and time and go there. For beginners it’s 10.35 I believe for a bowl when for 10$ I expect at least a full bowl the bowl is half empty you get a small amount of rice and meat you get like maybe five little squares of chicken (not even being dramatic) it’s ridiculous. Secondly the vegetables are old not fresh or covered in any type of way there brown and look like they have been out since yesterday (tremendously unappetizing) the cheese tasted rotten almost like sour. Thirdly for 5$ you can get 4 times more guacamole (HOMEMADE,FRESH GUACAMOLE) chipotle makes there guacamole fresh everyday!! Moe’s gets there guacamole from COSTCO yes you read that correctly COSTCO. And you pay 3$ for a little ketchup serving of guacamole. And for the cherry on the cake the employees are beyond disrespectful and obviously are not the right people to work in a fast food place, there very rude and are not happy to serve you. For 35$ you can get 4 bowls at chipotle packed with rice and meat and whatever toppings you’d like, and when you ask for more rice or more meat they are more then happy to serve you, you’ll never leave chipotle unsatisfied. I will never return to a moe’s ever again it was absolutely disgusting. Please save your money and time people!!!

The girl at the front making the food is rude as hell. Rushed me, kept repeating the same question over like I was deaf, but gave me no time to think. Please get another job instead of being a miserable human being to others. Also y’all prices mad high for some low budget Mexican food. In the words of wise SZA, “I ain’t never going back”

Ok food, soda machine didn't work correctly and they were out of half of the sections. When I walked in there was no "Welcome to Moe's " and the employees were annoyed that they had to help someone. They were arguing amongst themselves on who was going to help me. It will be a while before I try this location again.
