I absolutely love this place BUT every time I go they are almost always closed during business hours. I have called ahead and a girl answered and said they were open then I go to the door and it’s locked.

Have not posted holiday or "winter" hours. Called the store to ask hours they verified a closing time, I then arrived to the store only to find them closing up. Typically a nice place, called, the lady who answered laughed when I asked about the times then hung up. Simple customer service gone wrong

Staff is ok. was really disappointed when some of the toppings were old and nasty looking. also the staff had cuss words written on her cup and my kids seen it. was not impressed. there needs to be an adult there as as no one is to be seen unless someone walks in.
