Philly's Steakhouse

There really wasn't anything wrong, just that I believe if you get 2 #7's the Philly cheese steaks they should come with french fries. You shouldn't have to buy them separately they should be included. My husband and I spent almost 24.00 that's a bit much. For 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, 2 sodas. They were good but not worth 24.00.

I have ordered several times from this restaurant over the past year. Every time I order food it is always wrong. I ordered a philly cheesesteak no green peppers. I didn’t get the green peppers but I also didn’t get anything else on it. Told the man behind the counter that they didn’t have the mushrooms or onions in it. He took it and told me it does they are just chopped in the meat. I leave and eat the sandwich. What do u know?? No onions or mushrooms. They rip u off and lie to your face. Please fire these people and get better employees. Not to mention, there was another lady that ordered just meat no fixings. She got my order and they did not want to admit they made a mistake. Great food ( when it’s done correctly) terrible service.

Visited this establishment on 7/25 and I think I was over charged. I got a Philly cheesesteak combo with lemonade. My husband got just the sandwich. The fries were the ultimate which was a small fry with cheese, bacon bits and ranch dressing on the side. I was charged $26.42. The food was to salty and waiting at the counter it was filthy. I mentioned it to the girl but it didn’t faze them. I would have gotten a better sandwich at Subway a lot cheaper.

The food is decent but the service is atrocious. Lady gave me attitude because I screwed up my order twice. She legit rolled her eyes at me lol. Looked like she was frustrated cause her kid was there or something. If you want a decent cheesesteak you're more than welcome to come here, just don't expect great service.
