We love this downtown area. Numerous shops and restaurants, a beautiful park we visit a couple times a week. Farmers market every Tuesday 4-7pm during the summer. We love the swinging benches around the park fountains

Gonna be a mess for a couple of years. Then it will be great. Hard to park and looks like a construction zone (which it is). Feel sorry for the businesses there. Bad break for them. If they can weather the storm it should be boom times.
