My husband ordered the family food from this place. He got home to notice the whole meal was messed up. He went back asking for a refund and was told the store policy was that they didn't give refunds. And they couldn't take back the food ofcourse. They were rude to him and threatened to call the police if he didn't leave. My husband is a very patient man. The manager was nasty and the girl who took his order lied. What happened to making sure the customers are satisfied? This is how small situations become dangerous because people forget how to talk to people. And treat people. Never again this place. The manager very unprofessional. I don't like to see my husband upset. Wondering if this is really policy. Terrible service

Ordering from kiosk should free employees up to clean off nasty tables and see about the bathroom. These individuals have no personality except to certain people—no greeting or thank you from any employee and manager was the worst of all.

Had a couple chicken and steak chalupas my cousin asked for hers to have no sour cream but they put it anyway so she had to scrape it off just to be able to eat it other than that it was okay

Easily seen from road with ample parking. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and seating. When it comes to food all Taco Bell's serve the same food and the quality is the same as well. This is an easy in-and-out as they have two entrances, one which has a light leading into the shopping center were it sits and one leading into just the Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Good price for the quality and taste of food. Since my last visit they've hired some new employees and they do a wonderful job of making your food correctly with just the right amount in each taco and burrito. Safety protocols are still in place which were taken at the impact of covid-19. I've tried their new pizza taco there boasting about and I was disappointed but the new chalupas are real good...

Ordered nacho bell grande and two hardshell tacos; order total was $14+. Did not include tacos in the bag after being questioned about the cost of my order.

Stopped by this location on the night of 5/4/22 pulled up to the drive thru to place my order no one responded pulled to the window and a guy said they were closed this was about 1045pm i pulled off but not before seeing two guys and a girl sitting in the lobby and the girl was twisting a guys hair i started to leave when another car pulled up to the drive thru and a woman took his order so i pulled up and the woman took my order but informed me they had no lettuce i got my taco supreme with not lettuce pulled up and noticed the same 3 employees still hanging out in the lobby so i took a picture not sure what's the policy is there but the service here always suck

Has actually improved in last 6 months. Store was clean looking and staff looked staff like. Good attentive personal service. Did not have to use teleprompter like some taco bells. Food was nice and hot. Fair prices.
