Little Pigs Barbecue Of Greenwood

Have not been in in quite sometimes. Heard staff has changed and not very nice. Found that hard to believe. Well believe it! Came in today and was not greeted, just be with you in a minute. Waited 10 minutes for the special, 3oz burger over cooked. They yelled out my number and when I got to the counter no one was there but me and my burnt burger. I decided to eat it as was hungry and watched as other customers walked in. They were not just picking on me, they don’t like anybody. I got up and as I was looking into the kitchen,hoping someone would say goodbye or thank you! A woman just looked at me and continued wrapping up a piece of meat!

Food was great! Fast service! Highly recommended! We were passing through on our way back to North Carolina and from the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome. For us the Bible verses on the wall were encouraging and the staff and owner provided a clean and comfortable atmosphere. There needs to be more restaurants that live out their faith in service to their customers. Press on! Joshua 1:9

I have not been to LPB in a while, I have always liked it. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. I purchased a call in order, got to window and literally watched them ignore me. Then when I got food, I did not have my sandwiches, I ordered 3 had one was charged for 3. Called them girl was friendly, told me to come back and they would give me my 2 sandwiches. I get there and they had not even made them yet. Waited...got sandwiches went back to my son's where I had brought them the food. Took out my Baked Potato and lo and behold it was brown, old, and no sour cream or butter in bags at all. I was very disappointed in the particular trip.

I'll keep this as short and sweet. The food was absolutely disgusting. The staff had less personality than the food. Chicken was dry, the pulled pork is undescribable if it was actually pork at all. These best thing was the sweet tea. This place is an insult to Carolina bbq. Avoid at all costs!!

We ordered the "jumbo" BBQ sandwich plate and for one, my 9 yr old son asked why it was so small. We also ordered the 1/2 chicken plate and it tastes like it was boiled and then smoked because of NO SMOKE FLAVOR under the thick skin and a half chicken that was so small it appeared as if they cooked a baby chick!! The slaw was awesome and steak fries too but sadly the meat left a ton to be desired. The BBQ sandwiches were reheated and smothered in sauce as if to cover up the reheated microwave flavor. Our bill was $31.00 and what we received wasn't worth $10.00 in total. Sad that this place has been here for years and people think this is what real BBQ is supposed to be like. For real BBQ, do yourself a favor and drive to Williamnston to the Smokin Pig and get great food at a great price and leave this place alone.
