Awesome food and great service it's a must try if you've never eaten here before.
The staff is amazing and the Cheeseburgers are out of this world great!!! Found this little place while traveling through a year ago and made sure to stop again yesterday as came through again... might even just travel to Greenwood just for a date night at Garden Grille!!

Go To Cheeseburger. I see a review has not been written on Garden Grille in quite a while. If you want an iconic landmark and nostalgia go down the road. If you want a top notch cheeseburger choose Garden Grille.
I have been visiting Garden Grill ( formerly Burger Inn) off and on for 20+ years. I say off and on as I no longer live in the area.
It is still my go to spot during hunting season when I am in the area.Where else can you get a hand squashed, real beef cheeseburger, fries and tea (all you want to drink) for $5.79. The only thing better than the Cheeseburger is the service. The ladies are outstanding. Never had anything different than a full tea glass and a smile.
As far as some other reviews, if you want light mayo, ask for light mayo, you want pickles ask for pickles. The idea is ask how the burger comes and add and delete as you wish. The loaded baked potatoes are awesome and the other day I saw them cooking up some sweet potatoes fries with cinnamon and butter. If you are lucky they may have a slice of that homemade strawberry creme cake left for dessert, if you have room left for it.
The only draw back not much seating. Come at lunch rush and you may have to wait for a seat.
Great Lunch. I just happened to have been leaving a job headed to meet a client when they called running late...I proceeded to head up main street towards Mcdonalds and caught this small restaurant out of the corner of my eye. They didnt look busy so I decided to turn around and check them out. I saw on their outside billboard as I was pulling in for a Cheeseburger, Fries and Drink combo. As I was waiting they brought my Tea and then made sure it was always full. My food came after a brief wait that was very reasonable and might I tell you it was one of the best cheeseburgers I have had in a long time, Fries were cooked perfect and it was great!! As I was there I saw several people coming in to eat. Going to definitely come here again!!
Garden Grille has the best burgers in town. And I like their fries best, too. I don't even need ketchup on them! I had a corn dog recently and it was delicious. Wish they were open for dinner again, but maybe in the spring.
The place was hoppin' at 3 in the afternoon. The grilled pork chops & onions were well-prepared; however, for my taste, the collards & pintos were a bit bland. Mrs Dash to the rescue. Problem solved. The service & prices were excellent! Definitely worth doing again.
Little above average southern food.. prices awesome.. portions awesome.. something here misses at 5 stars .. but ill be back
