Fazoli's

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Wasn't busy. Very clean. Food was extremely fast. Staff was very pleasant. Side note: while eating an older couple came in to eat. And the staff was so kind to them. Price was less than they thought it should be but staff explained they qualified for senior discount. So the couple was very happy 😊

For tasted decent, but if i spend $30 on 2 large dishes. They only filled up half the box of fettuccine Alfredo and sadly she was still hungry afterwards. ( That's never happened here) With mine I had enough for lunch next day. I was gonna go in and say something but after being in line over 20 minutes, I was just ready to go. Portion control is so important, so the customer can expect the same size portions. I new they were busy and didn't wanna make a fuss especially when I'm super hungry. I felt it wasn't fair to spend so much and get so less. Thank you for your time!

Gavin was an amazing host. We came in as a group with a handful of hungry kids and he made sure that we all had enough food ordered and everything came quickly. Of course he kept us supplied with breadsticks and even brought us some hot water to heat up a baby bottle. Our group thanked him and he continued to shine by shouting out his cook for the shift, Jill. Both of them really knocked it out of the park!

I went in for just breadsticks with a friend. We both ordered a dozen breadsticks each. We sat in the dining room, and the breadsticks were brought out to us. The plate had 10 breadsticks on it. They were hard like they had been sitting it for a while. We never got all of the breadsticks we ordered and paid for. I just wanted a snack and was craving Fazoli breadsticks. I will definitely not return to this location. Very lackluster customer service !
